RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Smokin' Pecan does not cover return shipping. Customers can purchase return shipping labels for $5 per product.
To start a return, you can contact us via the contact form. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not the United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Complete the contact form.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
I received an item that I did not order. How do I get this fixed?
We apologize for the mistake and for sending a product that was not on your order. Please fill out our contact form to let us know, and we will rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
I placed an order for the wrong product. What can I do?
Smokin' Pecan is not responsible for customer mistakes made when placing orders. If you notice you have ordered the wrong item, please reach out via our contact form immediately before your order ships to modify your order. If there is a price difference, customers are responsible for any balances owed. If your order has already shipped and/or been delivered, we are not responsible for customer mistakes when ordering the wrong item. You are permitted to ship back the incorrect item (at your expense) to 614 Jenkins St., Mansfield, LA 71052 to receive a refund. Please complete the contact form to notify us of the return and refund request.
REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
