These are my favorite pellets, the flavor is outstanding!
I did like the flavor provided by the pellets. The did seem to burn faster than “regular “ pellets. I used them for the first time smoking a beef roast.
These are some amazing pecan pellets, really pump out the smoke and flavor, I'll definable be buying more. Highly recommend!
I wad used to smoking meats in an offset smoker, but wanted the convenience fo comtrolled temp amd not having to deal with maintaining the fire, especially for overnight cooks. So I bought a pellet smoker without realizing with regular wood pellets such as pitboss or other name brands, you dont even get close to the smoke flavor I was used to. So I decided to return the pellet smoker, but than I came across the smokin pecan pellets and used them and it saved me from returning the pellet smoker because of the smoke flavor it provided which does not compare to the other wood pellets i tried.
